Section 4 — Promotional Terms

8.1 Force Majeure

cki444 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond cki444's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications or network failure, power outages, government actions, civil unrest, or third-party service provider failures.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cki444 Platform:
